Johnny's Pet Station Maintenance Service is "All Inclusive". We swap out the can liner, fill up all hand bag dispensers, and we clean up a 20' radius of each station. You no longer need to stock hand bags and we don't charge for them!

Some clients need more than 1x per week and some need every other week service. We are here to find a solution!
Johnny works with your team to determine what areas need to cleaned and how often. Our pricing is based on the amount of time required to keep your community spaces clean and how often you want us to clean up.
Johnny offers lots of options for keeping your common areas free from pet waste. Schedules range from multiple times per week to once a month depending on community standards and budgets.
One Time Cleanups are available after a walk thru of the community is completed.
